Project Development Solutions (PDS) is a business and project development company focused on creating and preserving customer value through project delivery from concept through completion. PDS was founded in 2019 by Tunde Deru, who, before PDS, was the Director of Sales for GlassPoint.

PDS was borne out of the passion for combining Tunde’s business development and project delivery skills to deliver customer value to energy, technology, and manufacturing companies. At PDS, we believe only companies that excel at project delivery can scale or grow. 

Tunde Deru spent most of his work life in business development and project management, where he excelled and rose to leadership positions in several organizations. Throughout Mr Deru’s extensive career as a business developer and project portfolio manager, he noticed a recurring problem: the gap in crafting strategic initiatives and implementation. Furthermore, he realized companies sometimes spent too much effort on projects with minimal value.  Projects that succeed are managed from the beginning – the concept stage and through completion, ensuring customer value is preserved through the different project phases.

Managing a project through completion involves technical, organizational, and emotional intelligence skills. At PDS, we believe these project management skills or practices are industry and discipline agnostic. Once project-specific nuances are understood, these practices, methodologies, and technics are applicable across sectors.
